Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health; even as thy soul propereth.

A Little About Brent…..
I feel thankful and blessed to have grown up in an environment where discussions of health and wellness were common. My family instilled in me an early appreciation for the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, not just physically, but also mentally, spiritually, and economically. Unfortunately, over the years I have also witnessed many examples of the devastating effects of ill-health. The effects of sickness and disease, both personally and professionally, can be overwhelming. It is against this backdrop that my desire to help others enjoy optimum health grew and led me to pursue my university studies and career as a Health Educator. My philosophy is simple: Education is the invaluable tool in the prevention, treatment, and recovery from illness and disease. It provides empowering tools of choice and action toward living the life we were designed to live.
I’ve been in the health and wellness field for nearly 15 years as an educator, coach, speaker, writer, consultant, and program designer. My career has blessed me with the opportunity to work with a wide variety of groups, systems, and people from all across the health spectrum. This diversity of experience and education, along with my faith and belief in a natural approach to health, has helped shape my perspective regarding wellness and it is upon this foundation that Creation Wellness is based.
Please contact me anytime to further discuss my perspective, your story, or ways Creation Wellness may be of benefit to you.

“What a wonderful presentation. It was very well-thought out and informative. The people enjoyed it so much and you gave them much to think about.”
Jan A., Senior Program Coordinator, Puyallup Nazarene Church
“Having a nutritionist come and speak to our church was a new thing for us, but it was a blast. Brent was informative, but never boring, challenging, but never a kill joy, an accessible expert that did a great job of linking food and faith. We’re already looking for excuses to bring him back.”
